I was going to post these videos for later, but I think I'll post them now. For some reason, I should post them now. I hope you enjoy this program. :-)

Sid Roth Show - Man dies and goes to heaven

Like water

A woman elder in my church came to sit next to me at a Spanish music concert that my church was hosting. As we listened to the music, we were in a conversation that consisted of a lot of what this blog is about. That conversation with her actually helped strengthen my faith, the faith that had to do with my own experiences.

I told her God had spoken to me. She was a precious woman of God who knew to "test this spirit" and tested my knowledge and experience of this spirit that I had encountered and, in a loving way, said to me, "What does God sound like?"

I had never thought of it before, nor told another human being before what I actually heard. I had to take a moment and sort of "reach into my memory database." I had to think about it for a while. I asked myself, "What DOES God sound like?"

Then I turned to her and I said, "Well, He sounds like water!"
She said, "You're right! He DOES sound like water!"

She then quoted this verse that is in the Bible that actually describes what I heard:

Ezekiel 43:2
And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east: and His voice was like a noise of many waters: and the earth shined with His glory.

It is hard to describe something spiritual in human terms. In any respect, the sound is comparable to what scientists, marine biologist, naval officers and seals describe as the speed of sound through water. It is how dolphins communicate and how things are found in the sea. It is also what enables gynecologists  and x-ray technicians to view a baby inside his or her mother's womb.

God's voice sounds like speaking and the noise of many waters at the same time. Again, it is hard to describe, unless you've actually heard it yourself.

What is God like?

Well, God is like a lot of things. For example, if you've ever had a dream of someone speaking to you, more often than not that person is going to be speaking to you in a language that you understand. God speaks to us that way, uses the languages and dialects we understand.

Another example of God is to look at a real good example of a responsible father. Your earthly father may not have been anyone's great model, but God is every good thing you imagine a father to be.

But no!, you say, what is God like as a spirit?

Oh, you mean, the Holy Spirit! well, He kind of shows up different to different people, but he always shows up with the same name. The name might be translated in a different language for each individual but the name still means He's God.

Ok, now you're stalling!

No, sorry! But I think you needed to read that for basic information.

Anyway, to know what the Holy Spirit is like, you have to first understand what any spirit is like, or more simply what is a spirit. A spirit is a being. A spirit does not possess a form like humans do. In Christianity, a person is taught that we are spirits, we possess souls and we live in a body. Think of it like your hand being the spirit and your gloves being your body.

A spirit is just like a person but without the limitations of having a body. Angels are spirits, but they do not need salvation like humans do because they do not need faith. Angels have already seen God. We need faith to see into the invisible world of spirits.

Spirits can think and have emotions. They communicate through speaking and using visual cues, sounds or smells. Only God knows our thoughts, that is why He can be closer and better than your closest brother or best friend. He won't turn his back on you, either. The devils and his demons can only tell what you are thinking by studying your habits. God can tell you what you are going to do in 10 seconds before you do it or even think it!

How does God think? Well, I can only tell you how I know He thinks by telling you what He has said to me. He always speaks the Word of God, the Bible the Scriptures, the Pentateuch, the Torah (not the Dead Sea Scrolls).

If you've ever or in the future ever get a chance to hear Him, you'll be surprised, taken aback or in awe of how closely He lines up with His own words. He has such integrity to remain faithful to what He has done and what He has said and said He will do, that your own line of thinking and the consensus of the present era will seem inferior and foreign to what you just heard. But if you've ever had a minuscule of Christian upbringing, you'll know that, some of the old ways of minding your ways, and the consensus of what the status quo should be are more in line with God's way of doing things.

The world has gotten more and more loose, lazy or irresponsible (I'm trying to find a stronger word that puts together all three) in defining what is right and what is wrong. Even though the times change, God and His Word does not change. He is able to speak to you in your modern-day dialect and use your unique colloquialisms but He will still express and remain faithful and true to what He said in the Bible.

Bethlehem's Star

So I saw this programming that explained different theoretical dates of Jesus' birth and death based on charts and archived astronomical movements of the heavenlies, and more specific, the star of Bethlehem.

Seeing is Believing is Seeing

,
I like the way this lady put it. Still, (not to make her testimony less effective and true) there are people who have seen Jesus even when they didn't believe, the first one being Thomas, the doubter.

A modern version for people who need a very layman's translation:

A lifetime of supernatural

My mother always spoke of the supernatural as if it were real, not commonplace, but real. She spoke of the time when a spiral followed by musical notes floated down her childhood house's staircase on Halloween. She also spoke of smelling her father's cigar scent after his death and feeling someone hug her, without seeing anyone hugging her and the sensation of someone getting up from the bed, again without seeing anything. She said my great grandmother talked to spirits.

The reality did not sink in until I had an experience of my own. But my experience was different. It wasn't just an experience. It was a life changing event. Before I go on, I want to quote a very important, practical Bible verse, so that you can understand what to do, the same thing that I did if you are ever in a similar situation:

1 John 4:1  Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.

This not only applies to people who have spirits in them, but spirits without bodies that come. The Bible also says:

2 Corinthians 11:13-15    For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, masquerading as apostles of Christ. 14And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. 15It is not surprising, then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve.

It happened to me that I did not accept the spirit who was talking to me. I listened to what he was saying to me and I realized that he was not merely an ordinary spirit, but the true Holy Spirit, the Third Person of the Trinity. How did I know this? Being brought up Catholic and picking up certain things from parochial school and my mother, I knew there were certain characteristics that only God possessed.

God dances to the beat of His own drum and He commands us to dance with Him (it's not a chore, trust me, it's actually fun). When you hear that beat that no one else is playing, but that God seems to recognize as part of His own personal style, then you know you're in God's country!

So when you hear a spirit say to you things that only God would endorse, you can sure bet it is the One and Only, God Almighty Himself!

What are angels? What are demons? What is the power of God?

Webster's Dictionary describes angels and demons as:

Main Entry: an·gel
Pronunciation: \ˈān-jəl\
Function: noun
Etymology: Middle English, from Old English engel & Anglo-French angele; both from Late Latin angelus, from Greek angelos, literally, messenger
Date: before 12th century
1 a : a spiritual being superior to humans in power and intelligence; especially : one in the lowest rank in the celestial hierarchy b plural : an order of angels — see celestial hierarchy
2 : an attendant spirit or guardian
3 : a usually white-robed winged figure of human form in fine art
4 : messenger, harbinger
5 : a person like an angel (as in looks or behavior)
6 Christian Science : inspiration from God
7 : one (as a backer of a theatrical venture) who aids or supports with money or influence
8 : angelfish
an·gel·ic \an-ˈje-lik\ or an·gel·i·cal \-li-kəl\ adjective
an·gel·i·cal·ly \-li-k(ə-)lē\ adverb

Remember, in the movie "Ghost," (if you've ever seen it) when the bad guys get taken away by all those black, oozy, gassy, slimy things? Well, whoever directed that part knew something about the supernatural or was brought up in a charismatic Christian home, because demons look a lot like that!

Only ghosts, well, are demons as well, unfortunately. Sorry to all you people hoping to connect with loved ones on the other side. It's sort of a spiritual scam! That's why we don't like the devil; he doesn't play fair and he messes with too many people's lives! Sic'em, Jesus! :-D

Angel Sighting

This is one of the first videos I saw of the supernatural invading the natural. I believed 1st w/o seeing that it was so. After this video, I will post a second version w/more of an explanation of the video from those who went to the site to report of it.

This upcoming video is a more indepth explanation of what the video is about. Maybe you still do not understand these things fully. These sightings are crazy to the average person and maybe you are not believing, give it time to sink in.

The Evidence of Things Not Seen

What evidence is there that the invisible world is real? How many people in the world have seen things they cannot explain by natural reasoning or the mechanics of scientific method? Are there sights, smells, sounds and signs of physical feeling that cannot be attained by our five senses?
